The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was a excellent size and included a computer. The water was hot along with the water pressure was perfect. The first night our towels were arranged as swans along with the bed was strewn with flower petals. A fancy little surprise that we enjoyed.

The staff were extremely helpful, they even rode a bicycle to meet us at the bus station and put us in a cab when we arrived. The very best breakfast of the five hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. They also were very helpful recommending places to go and fantastic places to eat.

What&'s not to like in Hai Au hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable with satellite television and you even get bottle of water every day. We arrived way prior to check-in time but nonetheless got one room exactly where we were able to take a shower and rest whilst waiting our room to be made ready. As we got to our room there were rose petals on the bed and two towels had been curled to form a heart. Also hotel restaurant is very decently priced and they have happy hour when you can buy 2 drinks for 1. This was most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip to Vietnam but it&'s totally worth of every cent we spent.

We loved this hotel. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and would do just about anything for you. We booked trips and travel with them and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The centre of Hoi An is a short walk away but there are pubs and eating places inside the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 3km away, we hired bicycles and cycled there which was good fun. With the added bonuses of a pool and a computer in our room this hotel was my favourite of everywhere we stayed in Vietnam and Cambodia. We highly suggest this hotel.

Everything was fantastic but the staff were just brilliant. They really went out of their way to make your stay excellent and were always waiting with a smiling face.
