Good handy location near the old city, nice rooms, good staff, bike rental, tour choices are good and useful information. taxi service is a good option as properly to the airport/train station. breakfast is good as well

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Fantastic value for money and friendly, helpful staff. The view from the balcony over looking the river is nice and peaceful if you need a break. It&'s located close to the market place and is simple walking distance to restaurants, tailors, etc. The bed was really comfy, which is often a nice surprise in SE asia!

It was in a noiseless position, well located, employees were wonderfully warm and friendly and helpful, the room design and extra touches like a rose on my bed were lovely.

I loved this property and would state that of the five hotels I stayed in in Vietnem, this was by far the best. When they state deluxe/superior they really mean it. This was in a great location on the river. It was very near to most features and right nearby from the Banana Split Cafe which besides having a great name had half decent food and excellent prices. There was a kettle in the room as nicely as a fridge. The bed was amazingly comfortable and very large. The TV reception was excellent with a wide selection of English language programmes, for example, CNN, BBC Globe News, National Geographic, Discovery, Animal Planet, Star Movies, HBO, AXN, TLC etc. This is great as you cannot be in the intense heat and humidity all day. The computers were behind the front desk and were quite convenient to use and comfortable. The breakfasts were in the pretty sunny and airy lobby of the hotel and you could select from the menu (three items). I can highly recommend the banana pancakes, fruit salads and bagettes (only available with omlettes and fried eggs though). The room was very nicely equipped and my room had a balcony although I never used it as it was way too hot.
