One member of staff was rude and the air conditioning was not very good. Internet access was used by staff children all of the time so we could not get on the computers.

The hotel was in great location. With great and effortless access to food. We had a great time there, sadly at the period when we were in Hue, it was raining for 3 days. We took our umbrellas and visit the Citadel and the market. No problem!

Security of the hotel was great. The location of the hotel was great also, as it was located near to lots of bars, coffe shops, travel agents and shops. The employees were also extremely warm and friendly and especially helpful in providing assistance with tour bookings, flight verification and accomodation recommendations

The staff is perfect smiling and very helpfull, the best location in Hue specialy in evening lot of restaurants shops and bars around good breakfast and free internet {yes}the only place to be.
