I liked everything about Hue Holiday Hotel, I wish I was still there instead of in Hanoi. Hue Holiday Hotel was the greatest Hotel I have stayed in since I left home on the 11th June. There is certainly absolutely nothing negative to say and I would recommend it to anyone.

The Hue Holiday Hotel is simply sensational. We had booked 2 nights and when we arrived, the receptionist working that evening told us there had been a mistake with their booking system and that they were in fact totally booked. She was really apologetic and said that we could stay at the nearby Canary Hotel, and that we would only have to pay our second night. We went to the Canary hotel and it was also quite nice. The following morning, we went back to the Hue Holiday Hotel, had a lovely breakfast, and were taken to our room. We had been up-graded to one of the extremely best rooms of the hotel, and as it was their mistake regarding our booking, we only paid for a standard double room ($19). The room was fantastic, with free of charge fruits, tea and coffee, flat screen TV, also as a computer with Net connection. The bed was extremely comfortable, and also the bathroom was excellent, it was spotless and even had a bath tub. We couldn&'t have hoped for a far better room. If the room was fantastic, the employees were even better. They were so professional and so kind to us. They helped to create our stay an remarkable and comfortable one. Breakfast was extremely good. You can select anything from the menu, there is certainly fresh fruit, coffee and tea. And from the moment you get to reception, they supply you tea, coffee, juice and fruits, each day anytime. That&'s really nice. The day we checked out, we were even able to take a shower prior to catching our evening train to Hanoi. It&'s little touches like this that make this hotel a sensational place to stay. There is Wireless in all of the hotel and 2 computers in the reception area for guests. In a nutshell it is a extremely nice hotel, located in a little alley away from the noisy traffic, extremely clean and also the price is extremely reasonable. And the employees are merely amazing. They really do go the extra mile and provide astonishing customer service. If we go back to Hue, we will definitively stay at the Hue Holiday Hotel.

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they like to talk to you and ask you about your day! Breakfast is great and you can have as numerous options on the menu as you want all included in price! The room was extremely spacious and clean. The room even came with a computer which we were not expecting but was extremely useful whilst planning our trip. The place for the hotel is extremely great and felt safe whilst walking down the street. The Hotel is close to eating places and bars and about a 10/15 minute walk to the citadel.

Excellent value for the money - staff was really aware of each and every individual traveller and worked hard to meet their needs. My room was excellent - the mattress really comfortable - lots of warm water - the breakfast more than enough - atmosphere often amiable and helpful - a treat to have the computers and printing obtainable - I stayed here January 2010 and chose to stay again January 2011 as we enjoyed everything so much. Would recommend for all ages.

Es el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que he estado durante un mes en Vietnam. La relacion calidad/precio excelente. Lovely spot to stay. Although it was raining through out all our stay, we loved the place. The personnel is lovely, they will do everything for you, get you what you need a. s. a. p. Breakfast was the top in our trip in vietnam and defenitely a exceptional value x money!
