Nice huge room, great shower noiseless room for great sleep really friendly individuals running the place, excellent breakfast nice location down alley giving it a nice Vietnamese feel but right within the middle of all the eating places and bars, one block from the beach.

The owner Miss Vicky is SUPER nice and friendly! She&'ll do anything for you and get you anything! She speaks very good English so can tell you lots of tip and tricks. The rooms were really clean and the bed was really comfortable! The clean your whole room every day and give fresh towels every day! The breakfast was very good and the beach is just 4min away on foot! Pubs and night clubs 5 minute on foot, very good location! I would definitely go back there and suggest it to anyone!

Vicky was lovely, extremely helpful and even though she has two travel agencies, she didn't push us into booking any trips through her. The guesthouse was really clean and tidy and great value for money. Breakfast was huge and very nice although there was only one table to eat at, not sure what would happen if they were full.
