Nice spacious and well decorated rooms and facilities - it&'s definitely one of the greatest looking hostels I&'ve been to in a while. Fantastic kitchen space and living room. Kinda feels a bit like a normal home than a hostel. Superb location near the castle, sea and city wall.

Great location. It was nice having the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Really accomodating when we arrived along with the owner allowed us to check in and use the room straight away. The self contained double room on the top floor is really nice and well equipped with a drinks tray, dvds and towels. Being able to watch the sunset from each windows was an added bonus! Owners really warm and friendly and were far more than pleased to suggest places to eat - we tried two (Castell and Wal) and they didnt disappoint. We were given advance warning about a group of college students staying on our second night. Whilst it didn&'t stop the noise (they were located under our room and quite loud at times) it was excellent to know to expect it!

I can&'t rate it highly enough. The lady who dealt with us was so incredibly accommodating and friendly. I heard her dealing with other travellers too in the same way. She made it really feel extremely homely. The hostel was incredibly clean as properly as the beds, pillows and beds were comfortable and deluxe for a hostel. The lounge, kitchen and dining room were extremely unhostel-like. They were far more like the kinds of rooms you&'d uncover in large homes; comfortable, inviting, cozy, clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Totters. We recieved a warm and friendly and helpful greeting. The location is appropriate for exploring the Snowdonia area. The house and surrounding area is rich with character. There is plenty of room within the kitchen, dining areas even when busy. The facilities provided are extremely good. In summary I felt that the atmosphere, location, facilities, cleanliness, employees were all extremely good to superb and I would suggest Totters highly.
