Most staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right outside the front of the hotel that takes between 45 mins and an hour to get into Cardiff centre.

Its nice though the staff are not professional enough but tey are trying to do their greatest also they are extremely friendlyIts near the airport which is amazing (I think 10 minutes walk) though its extremely far away from Cardiff City (about 26 km) but a bus station just infront of the hostelThe room is clean but extremely small indeedno drawers anywhere so you have to keep personal stuff inside your bag or just through everything around ;P

The receptionist was extremely warm and friendly and helpful, all the time ready to attend us. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds extremely comfortables. Congratulations!
