Great location, less then 10 minutes walk to the principal plaza. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Some of the lockers need fixing though. Has a nice courtyard where you can sit and eat and have a drink. Cable TV too inside near the kitchen. Kitchen could do with a bit of work, but is fine. Staff are very nice and helpful, with points like tours, booking cabs etc. Fantastic value, if youre going to Salta this is all you need.

Nice environment as well as the courtyard and pool table areas are a great spot to meet people. Enough showers and toilets as well as the dorm room was large and comfortable. Its old, but nice ad the employees are great. You can also book day tours through the hostel and it doesnt cost any extra than what the travel agent charges.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms, overall a very decent place to stay.

Great location a couple of blocks from the center and about 4 from the nightlife strip, helpful warm and friendly staff, great areas to chill
