The host, Susanna, made us really feel like we&'ve come to a loving aunt&'s home. Extremely helpful, warm and friendly and caring. Outstanding breakfast, hot showers, laundry washing maschine, maps and lots of advice. Nice rooms, basic, but clean and with very cozy beds. Outstanding location.

Central position. i stayed inside the private room. it was comfortable (just the door lock was half rotten, so it was often a war to close or open it). this is practically a private flat. owner lives there too, as her family members. nice jam for breakfast. the lady that own the flat is very nice.

Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and a exceptional location. Had early morning flight so checked out morning ahead of but was allowed to leave bag there all day, and staff fixed me up with a cab for the airport as well!

Perfect Location ! very near to metro station && Republic Square. The hospitality of the owner, Mrs. Susan. is awesome. although she cannot speak English, but sign language is ok. She will accommodate and treat you like a family. The hostel is very good. Don&'t forget to ask for Yerevan map. as you need it for your do it yourself walking tour.
