Awesome place! Great staff. Loved the no cost pancakes and coffee within the morning. Great location, near to the beach and shops. Looking towards coming back in a couple weeks!

I have only positive items to say about KIH. Such a warm inviting clean and friendly environment. The employees are awesome people, and happy to help whenever you need. I had a broken arm and so required a little more assistance than most, they were so kind and accomodating and didnt make me feel like a burden. I would stay here again in a heartybeat. In fact, i might have to come up with another excuse to pay a visit to Kelowna, just so i can hang out at KIH again. I was honestly sad to leave the place.
