The manager was very helpfull and a very nice man, the staff were all lovely. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, nothing was too much trouble. The whole location was immaculate, the breakfast was good, free computer use, free wi-fi. I would totally reccommend as also brilliant location.

We liked the location and the price. It's one block away from Valparaiso St. which is full of restaurants, bars and shops. It is also in front of a subway station. Beds were pretty comfortable, which is always a plus.

The room we had was huge and clean. The breakfast was a bit poor: the 2 small pieces of bread were like a kind of dry biscuit that could only be combined with marmelade. Further on they served coffee/tea, juice and yoghurt. The staff was friendly.

This is a hotel for the price of a hostel. Absolutely nothing fancy about this place, but nothing wrong either.

This is a 3 star hotel for the price (or actually less than) of a hostel or backpackers! Great place to stay. REAL hotel rooms. Cheaper to stay in this hotel WITH an ensuite than to stay at a hostel in Santiago without one!
