Staff along with the exciting view make the property stand out. Ivan would try his very best to help in almost every way to create your stay as cozy and smooth as possible. The usual pick-up on arrival, restaurant recommendations, finding out airport shuttle timetables and even offered to drop my luggage at the cable car station later so I can wander around the old town hassle free on the last day. You are guaranteed to be well looked following while staying at Villa Ivan.

The owners of the Villa - Ivan and Kate are very accomodating and nice people. Ivan picked us up from the bus station and after arrival gave us a detailed guide of the city. The place is situated 20 min walk to the Old Town. You can also take a bus which goes about 5 min there. The bus stops are situated near the Villa. Ivan also provided us with the timetable and drew the bus routes on the map at the same time as the names of the bus stops and landmarks so we cound not get lost. Bakery, pizzeria and marketplace can be reached after 5 min walk. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The villa has a rooftop with a stunning view of the port. We really felt like home. Ivan and Kate, thanks a lot very much for the nice stay!

Ivan was an awesome host, extremely friendly, and inviting and really went out of his way to help, and make sure my stay was memorable. Therefore I felt extremely comfortable at this apartment, and missed it when I left! The apartment is also totally spotless. Thankyou Ivan.

An superb apartment. Kate and Ivan were great, welcoming us with fresh lemonade and often friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nicely equipped cooking area and very good bathroom, for the price this was exceptional. Scenery from the rooftop over the bay were incredible. We felt very safe and relaxed and definitely recommend staying here.

This was a gorgeous apartment, felt very homely and also quite luxurious. The view from the balcony is stunning. Ivan was so friendly, helpful and flexible, he went above and beyond his duty as an owner and we felt so lucky to meet him and stay in such a fantastic place. This place is a gem, highly recommended.

Everything about this apartment was great. The host especially, who picked us up from the primary bus station and gave us directions of the bus routes and points of interest which were effortless to understand. Even gave us food inside the middle of the night which was nice. Overall an incredible stay and would recommend this accommodation!

Ivan and Kate have been the most helpful hosts we have had in our travels so far (seven months worth). Ivan picked us up promptly from the bus station and immediately gave us great info about the area. We were also given fresh lemonade and cookies as properly as ice cream. The room was clean and the balcony sights were great. We made dinner and breakfast within the large communal cooking area as well. For the area, the cost and the holiday accommodation was perfect.

Our room had a balcony with an incredible view over Dubrovnik. It was conveniently located for the Principal Bus Station and port. The cooking area facilities and free Wi-Fi were also very useful. Ivan and Kate made fantastic hosts!
