Ideal location, near to town center but far enough out to get a noiseless nights sleep

The family who owns this property is extremely nice and they adequately maintain the apartment. Ample parking and extremely clean facilities. The location is silent and a brief walk to downtown. The description says this apartment is inside the basement, but it is mostly above ground.

The self contained apartment was clean and spacious and we were sad we weren't staying a bit longer. Having said that, as we were there around Easter, it was still a bit chilly and with it being all tiled and concrete, the space (particularly the bed room) was quite cool. This would be a great place for summer. Close to the township and the Jadrolinja ferries. The staff situation was a bit random with one family member greeting us and leaving the key and another coming later to collect the money, we never actually met the woman who was supposed to be in charge. Novalja is small but would be a nice place to escape to in the warmer months and the Tone apartment would be a good place to stay.
