The apartment is located in a beautiful old building at the end of the Riva in Split, it is in an exceptional location to pay a visit to the old town, beaches, bus station and harbour. Sanda the host provided us with lots of really useful info about Split, exactly where to visit, eat etc - she could not have been more helpful. This is a private apartment and not a guesthouse. The apartment was immaculate with living area, kitchen, bathroom plus a mezzanine bedroom. Washing machine and all kitchen items included. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no lift, so it is bearing this in mind when booking, we did not discover this a problem. Fantastic value for money, wish we could have stayed here longer!

It&'s near to the Riva && the old town. The studio was extremely great with all appliances available. Sandra wS extremely helpful on what to do inside the area. The apartment was clean && extremely contemporary in a heritage protected building.

The apartment was self contained and totally furnished in a location fairly near to the palace. The property owner was extremely friendly and agreed to meet us at the sea front and walked us to the hostel, she even drove one of us to the pharmacy.

This is a lovely compact apartment on the 4th floor of an imposing building in Split. It&'s properly laid out with a mezzanine level with twin beds, a small shower room with WC, a small kitchen, dining location and sitting area. It&'s a very good location at the end of the principal pedestrianised street in a massive red house. The property owner met us outside the apartment as we arrived late inside the evening, she was really helpful and warm and friendly and gave us tips on where to visit whilst we were in Split. The apartment had air-con and a flatscreen TV and was quite safe. It&'s a residential flat so no chance of meeting other travellers, but it&'s excellent for 2 / 3 pals as a base for exploring the area.
