Stayed here for a total of 12 days. The owners are really nice and helpful. Somewhat decent English spoken so you can get help with info about stuff like how to get to the beach, locate restaurants nearby and so on. Rooms are clean, fanned and with AC. Comfortable beds. Make guaranteed to book the a lot more expensive room (at time of writing 20$) as this is the only room with access to the roof terrace! (which is really nice). The a lot more expensive room also has a fridge. Breakfast is offered for 3 CUC (=3 US$) and is really good, including coffee, omelette, sandwiches and fruit. Nonetheless it is much less expensive to go down the street to the sandwich/pizza-vendor exactly where you can by an sandwich with fried egg for as little as 5 Cuban pesos, equal to 0, 2 CUC. Location is a bit off from the most touristy component of Havana, but walking through the streets of &"real&" Havana sure makes up for it! (Also, if being lazy you can get a cab for like 3 CUC)

The home was nice and you could sit in livingroom, roof terasse or in the rockingchairs on the terasse. It is located on a small street, so it&'s extremely silent compared to other places. The family is very useful with everything.

Very specious, classic colonial style, the main room is actually the whole upper floor with kitchen and batch and huge balcony
