Becky rang us to confirm our booking, and welcomed us on arrival at the guesthouse. This family have taken over the place since Nov 2011, and have made extensive improvements so I would disgregard all other reviews to be fair. We were the only guests on the night (being the middle of winter in a seaside town! ), but becky made us feel welcome, and had the heaters on waiting. The room and ensuite were really clean. Stunning linen and towels(big ones! ) provided. Also provided lovely toiletries which made for a special touch! It was obvious the room had been revamped, and felt quite fresh. I adore that this is a family run property, and they even run a cafe nearby where you can have breakfast!

I like the staff who was helpful, warm and friendly and made stay bearable. I had five children will me along with the staff was superb with them. The staff at cafe exactly where breakfast was availbale were superb too. The place was quite clean and clean towels were always available.
