Close to center of Bristol. The Harbour-side scene is a pleasing walk away. The ambience of the home itself is peaceful and restful.

I stayed 2 nights and my room was cleaned, bed made etc. Presumably recently decorated && refurbished, everything is clean && bright (linen included) comfortable beds and so on clean loos && very good hot showers; self-service &'continental&' breakfast comprising of cereal, varied bread, pastries, juice, yoghurt etc. and all-importantly for me GOOD tea && coffee.

Facilities provided for bringing your own evening meal into the dining room, with microwave, fridge, kettle, cups, bowls, plates and cutlery for guests use and crockery to be left for the employees to wash up. Extremely silent at night.

A spacious period residence of quite salubrious character for budget accommodation. Exceptional facilities and reasonably close to the amenities of the city centre, Pleasing location close to river Avon. Affable and helpful owner also.
