It was clean and near to Victoria Station. Tanveer was very useful carrying bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. He also looked following my bags during the day I checked out.

Staff very very accommodating. Location couldn&'t be better. For those unfamiliar with this type of property (converted private Georgian homes) might be put off. They are quirky, odd room configurations due to creating sleeping space from what space was initially intended. There isn&'t a breakfast room, employees bring tea, milk, sugar, toast, jam and butter to room. Also expect to get a much less expensive spot to sleep than at a London hotel.

The Services is good, as an example we arrived our TV didn&t worked, we get a new one directly. The breakfast is served on time inside your room.

OMG it&'s much more then a 4 star hotel, there was A nock at the door at 8:30am and there served me breakfast In my room Now that&'s what il call sevice Also got television in my room and I sleeped on Harrods bed (ok it was not new)

The location is great, it&'s a exceptional area and it&'s easy to get around. The staff was polite when i talked to them and they even carried my heavy backbag to my room.
