The location is perfect. Near to the train station with a large park/garden across the street. Centre ville is just a short walk away with all of the churches, shops, restaurants, etc. I also think it was the least expensive hotel inside the city, which worked nicely for my student budget. Plus the cleaning lady cleaned the toilet and shower and replaced my towels every day so even though it&'s kind of old, it&'s very clean.

Very impressed with the cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. Very calm and warm and friendly atmosphere. It is situated nearby from the primary train station and opposite a massive park which was nice for evening walks and reading.

Central hotel 5 mins from central Limoges in the old French style - "simple" accomodation and basic breakfast. Public free parking directly outside with a nice park with playground directly opposite (ideal for our young children). The Patron was friendly and spoke English (better than my French as we soon found out). Clean and easy rooms - mishmash furniture.
