The hotel is set in the northern "Zone 3" area of Paris away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city. If you aren't afraid of taking packed public transit to get to the main part of the city, this hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms were small, but enough for any college traveler. Friendly staff, though most of them don't speak any English, and a clean room everyday. Worth the money for an expensive trip such as Paris.

The first room they gave us was still dirty. We had to ask for another room :pthe coffee machine was brokenthe web is 3 euro&'s per 15 minutes. It was slow and the computer crashedStaff hardly speaks english55 euro&'s for a room in Paris is not that high so i dont expect a fantastic hotel. But certainly there must be one thing greater to find. Im not a complainer by nature but this hotel was just extremely poor. Last paint job was 15 years ago or something

It was close to the train station and was all we wanted; clean, comfortable and cheap. Woud recomend to individuals who are just after a room to sleep in ie. discovering Paris all day.

Very clean (no mould, which is exceptional in cheap hotels in Paris). Location is a bit far away, but by train you can get into the town in half an hour. I would recommend this place if you travel alone and want to get a cheap room. There's a big road and railway nearby the hotel, so it can be noisy sometimes in the evening (I slept with earplugs).

Easy to get to paris on the train, very good value for money. Clean, pleasant rooms. This is a hotel though, so don't expect hostel atmosphere. Two things I want to say: 1 - make sure you go to Epinay Sur Seine, as there are two other "Epinay" stops on the paris system. 2 - internet was a bit expensive.

Good secure spot to stay, really clean. a bit out of the way, however once you figue out the train system its ok.
