Great breakfast, lots of variety. The sheets were clean etc. The location was really handy for Gare Du Nord and the metro etc. town is walkable also. The room was cleaned each day.

The employees at the hotel were so welcoming and extremely helpful. Also the hotel is in a fantastic location as it was only a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord, so getting anywhere was easy using the metro system, also within walking distance of the Sacr&e-Cur, although a metro ride from the massive sites, the employees helped us in taking our journey to and from places and were often willing to give advice and maps.

The employees are so friendly and helpful. We were greeted every time we came across the reception area and often had the time to talk to us. The employees were really knowledgeable of local facilities and infrastructure which really helped us to get around town. The employees had outstanding customer service!

Excellent location close to Gare du Nord (RER from CDG airport and M&etro to each and every part of Paris). If you like walk, you can go on foot to Montmartre or even to Op&era Garnier. I suggest a walk along Canal St-Martin. For the first pay a visit to neighborhood is a little bit strange, but secure and I like other faces of Paris. The room was small but clean with nice bathroom. Outstanding breakfast. Good value for money.

Perfect Location to explore the City. 2 minute walk from Gare de Nord (Eurostar Terminal and Metro). Great breakfast offered although get down there ahead of 9am as it gets busy. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Rooms incl a secure (free).

The staff was really helpful and spoke English without the Parisian attitude we found with a lot of service individuals in this city. It was really close to Gare du Nord, Gare l&'Est, along with the 7 metro line that will take you to most traveler destinations. Breakfast was included with the room and was buffet style downstairs. Loved the pool table inside the lobby.
