This property is not a hostel, rather a hotel. Though there are limited local eateries inside the nearby vicinity, there is a very massive shopping centre with 235 stores only 1km to the left of the hotel. The hotel staff spoke English, which is a massive plus as I didn't speak French and were very friendly each time I entered or exited the hotel. The location really is easily accessible from the RER station (either by bus or by foot), and is nearby the A6 highway leading to either Paris or to Versailles. There is a wonderful walking area and a nice park with a lake to the right of the hotel (past A6 and past another round-about).

This was a great spot for us to come back to and sleep at night. It is not a social hostel which will allow you to meet other travelers, instead it is a quiet and relaxing hotel away from all of the noise which turns out to be ideal after a long day. The rooms were really clean along with the beds were comfortable as well.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and found this hotel to be convenient to shops, bakery, restaurant. . only a few minutes fro the hotel. It is also less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel to catch a bus. . although to get to the train station is probbly about 20 mins. walk which we did a few times and saved waiting for a bus.

Very warm and friendly staff, clean rooms, free wifi. Nice area, huge park and shopping center less than 10 minutes walk away. Seems far from Paris inside the directions but is really only one train ride.
