Blue Suites Hotel

Actually, I cannot rate this hotel simply because I couldn&'t stay at the Blue suites. I arrived in Santorini at 1:40 am. I sent emails dozens of times to confirm my booking and my arrival time. But they never replied. I was worried, so I asked a employees in Patmos Island to call to Blue suites instead of me. Due to the fact I thought there is no one who can understand English, so no one replied to my email. Patmos Island hotel employees called and confirmed my booking and arrival time in Greek. The employees said there is 24 hour reception, so no need to be worried. I arrived around 2 a. m. at the hotel, but there is no one in the reception. We waited around 15-20 minutes and finally I called to the number which the hotel gave hostelbookers. com. A woman got the call, and 10 minutes later, a guy showed up. But he said there is no room for us, and took us to another hotel (New Haroula Hotel) instead. It was a lot more like hostel. Next morning we went to the Blue Suites again, and finally could meet the owner. But she said there is no room for us for that night again, and she said she never recieved any of my emails or phone call from Patmos Island. And took us to another hotel, named Amerisa Suites. Said, they have six-family-running-hotels in Santorini. Amerisa was one of them. Amerisa Suites was very good hotel. Really lovely room and good location. And double cost than Blue Suites. We didn&'t pay the extra charge. But it was not very pleasant experience, simply because we had to check-in and out, in and out. You know. it&'s very anoying. In short, Blue Suites, I don&'t know. The out look was okay. New Haroula Hotel, easy and hostel like inside room. Amerisa Suites, superb hotel with fantastic room and breakfast.
