El remant is a really silent town. If your soul purpose is Tikal then it is very good but in case you want a nightlife then you should stay in Flores. The restaurant is pretty very good value and the food is good. The employees don&'t speak any English but they did their be to help us.

We liked the Hotel really much. Very good and silent air condition. Friendly staff. Located in El Remate close to the lake with fantastic sunsets. No cost Wireless and use of P. C. Tour booking possible directly at Hotel reception. Felt secure when we went out for dinner at night. ATM in Walking distance.

Las Gardenias was one of my favourite Hosetls we stayed at throughout Guatemala. The poeple we so friendly, the rooms were clean and nice, and there was a delicious (and inexpensive) restaurant right nearby that were willing to go above and beyond for wonderful service. When I go back to Guatemala, I will definately be going back to Las Gardenias!

Everything was wonderful! Pristine rooms with a delicious restaurant and convenient mini mart. The employees is incredibly friendly, as well as the beds are comfy. It is also situated directly down the street from a beautiful blue lake which is great for swimming! This place rocks!

The staff was super warm and friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, extremely simple, but just what we needed + AC - totally critical for this climat.
