Great location, had a balcony, very clean and the rooms are large. We stayed in the building opposite the primary Hotel Ester but reception employees took us across to our room.

We got our accom here at half cost thanks to hostel bookers, but I would recommend the place at full cost as well. The employees are very useful and give outstanding recommendations for food. We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi simply because it wasn&'t booked out. Water was hot, everything was completely clean, and we had a lovely balcony. It is extremely close to the train station without the noise, easy to find, and close to all of the local eating places and also the Duomo.

I thought when I made my reservations for 3 individuals we were staying in the Hotel Ester with 3 beds, but upon our arrival they told us that we would be staying in another facility. It was a really cute apartment with two twin beds and a bedroom with a double bed. It did not appear to have been cleaned after the previous guests. The pictures on the website were from the Hotel Ester which showed really updated rooms. Where as the apartment was not as updated.

The service is great! tell you everything you need to know. free towel and internet. located right near to the train station and walking distance form the sites. stay here!

Sky tv, skype phone calls, wifi, air con, 24hr hot showers ALL FREE! literally 2 minute walk from firenze s. m. n stazione. friendly staff. a lift to the floor.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were very flexible with the room. We were not exactly pleased with the room reserved for us, so they were very accommodating in giving us another room with more natural light and a amazing view.
