There are a lot of items to like about this B&&B. The owner speaks exceptional English and was very useful regarding finding anything one might need. The location is extremely close to a number of amazing cafes restaurants and even a self serve washing which is nice when you&'ve travelled for a bit. The wireless was fantastic too. as I am on a working holiday this is extremely crucial and I was able to create several skype calls home without issue. When I was there there was no cat within the hostel and I had no problems with allergies even though I am allergic to cats.

Very warm and friendly owner- welcoming and helpful, gave excellent restaurant recommendations. The whole place was really clean and comfortable with an excellent location in the old town. No road/bar noise. Lots of useful leaflets/guide books to use. Great breakfasts. Brilliant stay, thank you!

This is a quirky location with modern decor, warm and friendly and helpful staff in a exceptional location in a lovely city! Our room was spacious with access to a shared kitchen/lounge area. The bed was comfy, and also the street was quiet (although nowhere in Lucca is rowdy! ) making for a restful stay. Breakfast was provided in the main lounge and was extremely sociable

This is a extremely unique B&&B. It was suggested by a friend and we were really happy with our stay here. The decoration is really amazing and owners were exceptionally helpful. Good location right inside the middle of Lucca - my husband Paul Henke is doing research for his new book and he had a long interesting conversation with Jan who gave him invaluable background to living in Italy. Will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the &'homeliness&' of the atmosphere, design and staff. The room was overly substantial and staff went over and above in order to accomodate me and my son. The cleanness was exceptional and bedding, storage/hanging space sufficient. We felt extremely safe staying at this property and thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast provided.

It was fantastic value for money and situated quite close to center of Lucca. It was effortless to come back to for a siesta when it was really hot. Stores nearby had all I needed. My room had a fan which helped with the heat. Though I did share a bathroom that was not a problem. I was able to put my water bottle inside the refrigerator overnight. The breakfast was good, the decor fascinating. It was silent at night. The system of keys and locks was well explained to me.
