It was basic but the staff were fantastic. Couldn&'t have asked for nicer people who were very happy to help with any enquiries and issues. The room was clean, the breakfast was quite ample for those in a hurry to get out and about. Must stress again the helpfulness of the staff, especially the gentleman who runs it (can&'t remember his name as it was over 12 months ago. Haven&'t completed this feedback until now. Hope it&'s still useful. Woud definitely book there again.

It offered me a single room with en-suite facilities with 24 hour reception. You had to access the accommodation through a reception from the Key Street, this reception area was also clean and there was a lift up to the third floor which was working. Breakfast in your room with plenty of choice of croissant&'s, stunning pastries, fresh orange juice choice of hot drink.

Very centrally located to all the points of interest of Rome, one block away from a Metro station. Fabrizio, Kumar, and Max are all very helpful with info and suggestions on what to see and do, and very good restaurant recommendations. Very clean, safe and safe hotel. Breakfast in bed every single day was awesome.

Very friendly, helpful staff with wonderful advice on things to do and see, with an outstanding list of wonderful eating venues. Fantastic value for money and properly situated near to Stazione Termini and Metro Stations. Extremely clean, and with a pretty ambience in reception and rooms. Other travellers seemed equally impressed with this hotel. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if in Rome.

I thought the employees were extremely attentive, welcoming, friendly and great to be around. They made me feel pleased to be staying there! The room was clean and silent and the breakfast tasty each morning. It was also so nice to be able to pick when to eat it and have it delivered to eat in bed. The location of the hotel is great is its right near the Termini station and so close to the colloseum. We&'d recommend this hotel to friends. The lift was also really trendy and fun.
