Nice place, nice hosts, clean, comparatively near to the sightseeing spots and very close to Termini (central) train station/metro/buses. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, and a supermarket. The shared bathroom was shared only by two rooms, sheets were changed every 2 days.

Initial part of hotel check in is not a outstanding expertise to describe, we been asked for wait for an hour without explain in english. As the hotel staff held her wedding inside the hotel, no far more extra room and full of peoples. Hard to communicate in English and inside the end they lead us follow an italian man car and transfer us to another hotel location without proper clarification in english. The uncertainty feeling is just like a gamble game. We been transfered to another hotel location which nearer to Termini station. The hotel owner Mr Giorgio explained to us when we reached the new hotel location. He is a very kind, homely and nice person, he guide us how to walk n see Rome in details. The 3 days outstanding staying expertise does help to overcome the initial uncertainty waiting experience.

About a 10 min walk from the trian station and a 10 min walk to the Colosseum. Really near to everything.

Nice location among Termini and Roma sights, decent variety for breakfast, staff was very helpful - even organised an early breakfast for us after a last minute decision to head off early the next morning for a day trip
