The receptionist is extrafriendly he even lend us his phone charger. He also gave us information about this and other cities and spoke with us in good spanish. The net is also good and since we were on the second floor we had a great reception of the lobby&'s internet.

The helpfulness from the employees at reception was excellent. We got to see some stunning views and went to the garden of roses which isn&'t a typical traveller attraction and was well worth the walk. The location was excellent! Easily signed also so it was an easy 5 minute walk from Rome Termini station. The breakfasts were also brilliant with personal service each morning providing cappuccinos, coffees, hot chocolates and juices. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a great location on a tight budget.

It is a 2 stars hotel but the sheets and towels were clean and it is really safe. The staffs were really friendly and nice and did their best to help you. I was travelling on your own by myself (F/ 25). The location is very good and near to everything but if you are picky about the noise you should not book any hotels around the termini station since it is really busy. I did not eat the breakfast but the cappuccino was really good. If you desire to somewhere cheap, secure and clean I do recommend this place.

We (me and my girfriend) stayed there for great 4 nights. Employees was very friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and cleaned every single day. The price was same like inside the cheapest hostels (own double-bed room), but the service was on higher level! The breakfasts were absolutely great - original italiano espresso or cappuccino (or tea), delicious fresh croissants and other Italian sweets as many you can eat, butter, jam, orange juice and also packed hotel crispy toasts. Location is also very good - not noisy, very near to Termini station - c. 300 metres to underground and also near to Colosseum (c. 15 mins of walking). In spite of that in Rome was only about 4&xb0;C and our last day of stay was snowing (second time per last 26 years! ) inside the room was warm temperature enought - there is certainly heating (what is not so usual inside the Rome) and also air condition which can heat until 30&xb0;C. Overall we wish to suggest to everyone! We enjoyed it there so much! :) Grazie, arrivederci!

I have to say that the location is just perfect in case you have roma pass the hotel is 5 minutes by walk to the station you can go wherever you want whenever you need, near to city attractions and proximity to central station makes items easier(supermarkets restaurants bars, alsa you dont need to get up so early to catch the trains:D) breakfast is quite very good for the price rooms are clean and web was free, warm and friendly staff they tried to help whenever we need.
