The room is clean. Location is not difficult to find in case you don&'t have GPS. The closet has a lock. The staff is kind and can speak in English.

We were concerned with the reviews we had read, but overall was excellent great location a stop one minute away at S Toma nice location on a corner of a cute canal lots of eating places around nearly everything is in walking distance. The two employees members were really nice, our room was clean, air con worked properly at the same time as a fan, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is extremely close to every single where in Venice. situated into S. Marco squar. Quite and peaceful and safe. Staff are very useful and freindly. Very high recommended. I read some negative oppinions and I francly did not know why

Even though we booked a double room with a shared bathroom, we got one with the bathroom in a room, which was a nice surprise. the employees was extremely warm and friendly and helpful.
