A beautiful warm and friendly hotel that is right in the middle of the San Marco district. The employees can not do enough for you as nicely as the hotel is spotlessly clean. The owners are a household who run the hotel with fantastic pride and are extremely welcoming.

I spent there almost a week and I felt like a permanent resident of San Maurizio. Each time when I was passing the entrance hall employees were so friendly, kindly and extremely helpful. There is certainly some thing about this Hotel, some thing positive that makes it a special place. I gladly recommended it! For this price range and location it is in my opinion the very best Hotel in Venice! Grazie per un piacevole soggiorno! :)

The location was good, everything was straightforward to get to. The hotel is so clean as well as the room was large and spacious. The reception employees were really helpful, recommending great places to eat and providing a detailed map of Venice. The directions to uncover the hotel were accurate and straightforward to follow.

Great hotel, ideal location near to everything. Staff were extremely helpful. The only change I would made is to get a room with air con this time of year! It would also be nice to have a safe in the cupboard

The staff here were very accommodating and friendly. The hotels location is fantastic and central to all hype and activity of Venice. We will definitely come and stay here again. We originally booked in for one night but ended up staying four nights. Another thing that impressed us was how clean the facilities were. We will return.

An completely fantastic hotel. Massimo was an amazing host and his hotel was always extremely clean and very secure. The location was fantastic and we were only a five minute walk to Saint Marks square and also the grand canal. Massimo was always willing to help plan trips and so on and had excellent suggestions of the greatest points of interest depending on the season and also the greatest places to eat. He made Venice an amazing experience.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights. The employees were very helpful and really friendly. The location is perfect. About 5 minute walk from St Marks Square and round the corner from a water bus stop. The rooms were slightly small (which is expected in Venice) but clean and warm with lots of hot water.
