Great location to get to most City parts by foot. They gave us a nice map in comic style (handmade) with all nearby tempels, Restaurants, etc.

The place is pretty secure : front door is locked, there are a second door locked that you need to unlock and you can lock your room. You have a locker too (but check in the dislike section). The staff are really nice and they gave a really great map with interests and great restaurant choices. They even give a discount card for the major tourist museums, you save much money using it. It was silent in the room since the rooms are not facing a busy street.

There was a common room/kitchen region downstairs which was clean and had room to relax although if the hostel had been full maybe this region would have felt cramped. There was no cost wi-fi although this only worked for me inside the common area. The shower region shared by all the rooms on the floor I was on were clean and I never had to queue. The employees were really friendly and helpful and I was able to check-in early. The location of the hostel is good with a tram stop nearby and it is possible to walk to lots of places. I would suggest staying here and it is definitely much cleaner than numerous hostels I have stayed in. There is also a useful info wall opposite the reception region with ideas of what to do.

Best hostel that I stayed in whilst in Japan. Had a great time and this hostel was the reason I stayed in Nagasaki for 8 days. Employees were great. Wireless did not work up in the dorms, but I got over it fast. Nice booze store store next store. Beautiful river and bridges in front of hostel. My extremely best memory of my month in Japan. Along with the trams rock.

A exceptional hostel- so pretty inside, the staff couldn&'t help you enough. Really nice atmosphere. Everything worked properly and was properly stocked. So much information about Nagasaki and all of Japan. Even postcards and stamps so you don&'t have to go to the post office to buy your stamps! Really welcoming and friendly. Really absolutely nothing to complain about at all. :D

The employees was really helpful and kind along with the spot was spotless. It is straightforward to see why they have won so a lot of awards. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and if I ever return to Nagasaki I will have a look at again!
