Nothing much, employees seem rude even for Japanese room rent way overpriced for Tokyo and for what is on offer, Size of the room unbelivably inadequate for 9, 000 yen a night only good points complementary breakfast only toast though and soup and 24 hour open cafe in case you can uncover someone who will take your order

The bathroom was in our hotelroom but it was really small. And the breakfast was too early. it was hard to get some. but all in all it was nice!

Absolutely awesome location, literally a hundred feet max from post offices, ATM, metro station, convenience store and around a dozen extremely nice izakaya/bars. staff speak superb english and also the atmosphere is extremely relaxed.

Will need to buy train tickets for both Keio and Tokyo Metro as Keio is not portion of the tokyo metro. Initial impressions are that the hotel is in a outer suburb residential area but it is actually close to shinjuku and effortless to get to Shibuya at the same time (just ask the staff). the are itself is nice to walk around in. internet in room extremely handy. Fantastic vibe, extremely warm and friendly and really helpful employees : )

The hotel is nice, but the rooms extremely small, at least ours. But I think it&s good value for being in Tokyo. It&'s 2 metro stops from Shinjuku, which is an amazing location to visit, have dinner, etc. , but the location itself is extremely nice and quiet.
