GOOD LOCATION-AT THE START OF JONKER WALK AND AWAY FROM THE STREET STAGE PERFORMANCES. STAFF WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. CLEAN AND WELL KEPT FURNITURE. SIMPLE BREAKFAST PROVIDED. COMMON PANTRY WITH COFFEE/TEA/HOT WATER FACILITIES STAFF ON DUTY 24/7 LAUNDRETTE PROVIDED.

Very Clean, Fantastic location. Warm helpful staff. Cooking area and laundry facilities extremely useful. Plenty of hot water for the shower. As a first stay in Malacca this exceeded our expectations.
