It was extremely clean. its a 15-20min walk to the ferry terminal and a super mercado is 3 blocks away. Staff were courteous. the room was a very good size and nice and light. The pool area is nice and we seemed to be the only ones using it

Our jr. suite was spacious, comfortable and cleaned every single day. Front desk staff spoke exceptional English and were very helpful. My 12-yr old girls really liked the pool and hot tub. The hotel was fairly near to centro and a ferry to Isla Muejeres(sp). Also liked that one bus (Ruta 1) stops in front of the hotel and goes to the Hotel Zone and back.

We stayed here as we arrived late at night into Cancun and wanted to go to Isla Mujeres the next day. For this it was perfect. Walking distance to the ferry, really clean and friendly and good value compared to other Cancun hotels. We stayed here again soon after visiting Isla Mujeres and saw some of the same individuals so it is clearly used as a cheap base to explore.
