Location, location, location. On the most effective beach of Isla Mujeres, 5 minutes walk to town. As nicely as the price is reasonable.

I was right in the touristy citycenter not faraway from the bus terminal, ferryboat to cozumel or the beach.

Best location on the island (a bit far but nonetheless walking-distance from the boat) No noises from the road, right at the very best beach on the island. Includes breakfast, and no cost and cold drinkingwater. Nice pool and garden-area

Amazing property, in a great location. We had a room with a balcony from which you could see the sea. The property has great grounds which have beautiful plants and direct access onto the beach. It also has a nice little pool with hammocks around it. Considering the location I'd say that it is great value for money!
