Extremely clean, nice soft comfortable beds, ensuite in room, tv, complimentary tea, free baggage storage following checkout, employees helped to arrange our cab to airport, 24hr reception and locked front entrance during night for increased safety.

Location was good, nice breakfast, employees were informative. communal areas very clean. I think it was just the room along with the smell that dissapointed me really, but I understand all the old rooms are going to be renovated soon so Im sure it will improve.

It's a good accomodation for the position, near to the centre of Auckland and the railway station. It' very good the possibility to have breackfast and to book activity in the reception. But it is not very clean and from the website I have understood that the internet connection is free but I had to pay it

The downstair rooms, exactly where you share bathroom and toilet are disgraceful. The mould is just growing down there, I could hardly breath down there. Had to switch rooms! The upstair rooms are ok!
