This is the 3rd time we&'ve been here (in 17 years! ) and it feels very peaceful and friendly. Felt like being at home sitting watching dvds on a wet afternoon (of which there are many in Dunedin! ) Lots of individuals but somehow doesn&'t really feel crowded. Outstanding wi-fi, no cost tea, coffee, spices etc, great kitchens.
