We had some issues with one staff member, but after talking to a Manager, this was all sorted out. Other than this we loved it and would definitely recommend it.

Rooms clean, employees helpful with suggestions and arranging activities, location convenient to walk to everything in Paihia. Common area with kitchen, living room, and outdoor deck large and comfortable, enjoyable to watch their large collection of VHS tapes.

A warm hom, far away from home. Free Wifi, no cost bikes, no cost tennis/tabltennis, nice places te sit around, BBQ. Very nice location te stay. !
