Everything about this property was great. For $100 a night I couldn&'t really complain. Had a refrigerator and jug with cups, a shower, and a television. Linda the lady on during the night time was really lovely, and really understanding. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious, clean and friendly, the rooms as properly as the communal areas. Everything can be easily reached by foot and there is certainly the begin of a thermal walk through the city right in front of the gates.

Nice location inside the city center at a walking distance to a lot of points of interest like Rotorua Museum and Polynesian spa. Clean rooms and bathrooms and huge cooking area and common room.

Nice big, clean hostel. Outstanding size rooms and comfortable beds. Bath rooms were large and really clean. Staff were warm and friendly and helpful in suggesting activities to do even though it was pouring rain.

Very large kitchen with separate dining space. There were also lots of areas to relax, a tv room and an internet area. A lot of car parking space as there is certainly a designated YHA car park.

The hostel was clean, spacious, and nicely laid out (social region in a different buidling from dorms). I adore their focus on recycling, as well as the bulletin boards full of enjoyable facts and activities were each exciting and helpful. :) Employees was extremely helpful with advice about activities in the area. Also, they allowed me to store my luggage for no cost on the day of check out, which was extremely appreciated.
