It has a exceptional kitchen, the whole place is extremely properly kept, there are outside grills and a volleyball court, and overall the common areas are places you actually need to spend time.

Both, close to the lake and village center, exceptional as a starting point for excursions by foot. Massive and clean kitchen with sufficient equipment for cooking, even when several people are together &'at work&'.

Quick walk from the few shops and bars in Te Anau, bed was comfortable. staff were helpful.

It was huge! So much space to relax out and it was extremely clean, employees were friendly. They had washing lines and everything, extremely refreshing to stay at a backpackers that really think about what we need :)

It is near to everything. It is a pretty homely hostel with super comfy beds. Nice and clean and lots of outdoor patios and ground to use. a GREAT hostel. would adore to work there myself!

Friendly staff, very good room facilities (place for towels, mirrors, blankets, tables, wall lights)
