Nothing much! Had my Samsung Galaxy s3 stolen by staff and I think it was the cleaning lady!

We stayed at Hotel Esperanza for 2 nights. The hotel was very silent and secure and also the staff were friendly. One of the managers spoke English well and was eager to help. We would definitely suggest it as a very good place to stay in Lima.

This has a good location in a quiet street. Breakfast was fine. The rooms were basic and small. Not enough light in the hallways. Staff were helpful with taxi bookings and price was agreed at booking. We didn't get one wake up call but generally a good stay.

For the money. amazing place and Max and employees were extremely helpful and pleasent. could use a little TLC on the bathrooms. extremely small and not comfortable
