Room and private bathroom were comfortable and neat, common cooking area facilities had everything one may need (even free of charge coffee and tea), common living room was nice and warm and friendly and nicely stocked with city guides and reading material.

This is a beautiful property and exceptional value for money. Our room was bright, attractive, and extremely comfortable. The guest house consists of about 5-7 rooms (I can&'t remember exactly) on a corridor that opens up into a living/dining room location with a kitchen, which is really handy. And there was a hair dryer inside the room! That made me really happy. Staff was really nice and helpful; there is a phone at Chielmna so that it&'s no cost to call over to the significant reception at New Planet Hostel (and they post the number along with the wi-fi key in large letters on the wall instead of giving you a little slip of paper you&'re bound to lose, which is great).

The guest home was fantatstic! One of the highest places we stayed during our trip around Europe. The whole guest home was decorated really well, really smart and clean and our bedroom which was room number 7 had an en-suite and was really nicely decorated and had real character which you do not often get with hostels or hotels. Really really pretty place to stay, superb location and great facilities! The hostel which it is linked to, (New World Hostel) where you have to sign in, also looked really good.

The position was perfect, exactly in center of the principal street! The staff was friendly and the common areas were always clean. One day there was a problem with one of the bathroom, the floor was complitely wet and the corridor outside the principal door a bit smelly. We informed the reception and the day soon after everything was fine.

Everything was perfect, even far better than I expected! The location couldn&'t be better. It was a flat with seven rooms, a dining room with a television and sofa&'s, a cooking area witch everything! : microvave, fridge, coffe, tea, sugar, cornflakes, milk, bread. I would say that the breakfast is just free ;) There were really clean and everything was like new. The standard of this hostel is like a HOTEL. I really suggest this place!

Beautiful place, nice designed rooms, really clean, shower were comfortable like at home, you can use free laptop with free internet, there is small kitchenette with free coffee and tea, we had good polish breakfast served in living room prepared by nice lady ;-). Strongly recommended.

On arrival at this really nicely located hostel I received a relaxed, warm and friendly and informal welcome. This doesn&'t mean the employees were nonchalant in their response to guests. In fact they were exceptionally helpful and highly knowledgeable about the who, what and where in Warsaw. I wish I had met these guys earlier during my stay inside the capital. There were no problems about arriving before the designated check in time. I was able to leave my baggage in safe storage and explore the delights of the Old Town. The accomodation was exceptional. Clean, incredibly nicely equipped (laptop accessible for use, kitchenette with no cost coffee and tea, fridge, storage cupboards, large screen tv, cosy seating, books, DVDs) and it was same with my room called San Francisco: another, albeit smaller tv, great lighting, really large mirror behind the bed, black out curtains, ensuite with free of charge toiletries. I would describe the room as quite sexy unfortunately I was travelling alone. Almost certainly the most deluxe hostel I have ever stayed in.
