My stay at Blue Buddha hostel was incredible. From the beginning the owners were so welcoming, creating a wonderful homely, chilled atmosphere where I got to know all the guests. The location is great, right on the beach front, just a brief walk from town and other beaches. Wonderful living area, kitchen, and huge clean rooms

It is an awesome house pretty much on the water. Its a bit of a walk to Ribeira d&'Ilhas but close enough. The boards for rent were great and of different sizes/shapes. Miguel and Lucia even took us out to an awesome restaurant one night. We had an awesome time! If I&'m ever back in Portugal, I will definitely stay at Blue Buddha again!
