Clean rooms, employees tried to be helpful (but didn&'t seem to have a fantastic wealth of useful information -didn&'t know how to get a shuttle bus to the airport or how much the metro cost)

The location was fantastic and some superb recommendations for dining. Had nice atmosphere about it also. Reception girl Anastacia was gorgeous - the other staff were a little stand offish and not entirely willing to help.

The kitchen is ideal to share some vodka with the other travellers and chat. It is inside the center of st. petersburg.
