The location is pretty good. It has a good supermarket just nearby and from VDN you can catch busses (200XOF) and toubas everywhere in Dakar running constantly, way cheaper than cabs even if you get a 1500XOF ride. (Airport to hotel should cost more than 3000XOF) Hostel wasn&'t made from bunker beds. Senegal is really secure but property was safe, clean and nicely run. It was spacious, room had a fan and a TV. It was central in terms of north and south. we could easily get to Ngor inside the north and plateau inside the south. it was close to the airport.
