The hotel was completely ruined, in parts, and also the smell was unbearable. room and bathroom were really dirty. Personal attention is bad (the credit card machine did not work, breakfast service either, the doors were closed without notice and no one gave explanations about it). had a question about the concierge, who I do not I supply no solution (q had breakfast outside, besides paying) the present owner, who would not mind being the situation. It is not a place at all recommended.

I like how it is located near MRT stations for basic transportation to almost everywhere and also near the 24 hour Mustafa shopping centre.

The employees was really warm and friendly and also the bathroom was nice and clean. Also Aircon and fans inside the room and free wifi everywhere!

Much better than the comments on Hostelbookers made me expect. Staff were great, bed was good. Net was ok.

6 bed dorm was very nice and clean. Lockers in dorm were great but don&'t fit some of the bigger bags. Nice showers and toilets. Staff were helpful.

The toilets were clean and the young guy on reception and the girl with glasses were always warm and friendly and very useful (perhaps the most effective staff I have ever met on my travels) give them a pay rise!
