Somnio felt really safe due to the fact there is locked entry that you have to be buzzed in to enter. There is certainly a fantastic cafe downstairs at the corner called La Rambla which is best for a coffee and pastry to begin the morning. The building is very nice inside as nicely as the hostel is clean. The people at reception were very helpful and friendly. You also are able to store your baggage or items the day you check out for as long as you&'d like which is very helpful. Towels and linens were clean. Bed was comfy (I stayed in a private room. ) wireless is no cost and there is a computer at reception that you are welcome to use.

Perfect location, near to all the main sights, half an hour walk to the beach (along the famous ramblas! ), staff was really kind (tips on restaurants, calling us a taxi in the middle of the night), very good mattrasses

The hostel was less than a minute&'s walk from Las Ramblas, so the location was ideal. We stayed in a twin room which was huge and clean and felt really safe.

I traveled with my spouse. The hostel is nice location to stay for couples in a ideal city location. Really near to Placa de Catalunya which is a final stop of the bus from airport. The employees was kind and helpful.

Super clean beds and bathrooms. Walking distance to the La Ramblas as nicely as the bus stop from the Airport. Crystal clear directions on the website. Warm and friendly reception staff.

Friendly staff; 24hour reception; amazing location. Bathroom/toilet are shared but were spacious and clean, and were in individual rooms (rather than groups of cubicles) giving it a less &"communal&" feel. Also 12 o&'clock checkout was much appreciated. Single room was compact but clean and functional, had a window and wash basin, and was nice and quiet.
