Location is just perfect. We were steps from the tram stop to tour the city, and extremely close to many nice restaurants and bars. Employees was very useful and took their time to explain in details what there was to do and see within the city. Bathroom was extremely nice and clean.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us good advice on where to eat out and places to visit. the room was amazing value, we had a private double room with an en-suite bathroom for a similiar price to most dorm rooms in a hostel. the hotel had an excellent level of cleanliness.

They were helpful in changing my room when I realised I was in a smoking room. one of the reception employees was really helpful - and he spoke English if needed. The room is basic, but has all you need.

The property was centrally situated for the old town and also the tram line into the city. The room was a great size with a great view over the old city and also the hills beyond. The room was a great size and it was basic but cozy and cosy.

Cheap, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, location - was straightforward to get everywhere by walking, one computer with net and wireless in the reception area.

I read a few comments about this spot prior to booking, and I was worried about the area as that seemed to be one of the main points complained about. I actually thought the area was allright. The rooms were clean and there was wi-fi.
