Overall average. Location amazing but rooms smell and breakfast is not great. We paid peak season costs therefore bad value for money

The owners were really warm and friendly and helpful. When we arrived in pair, they gave us bigger room than we originally booked and removed two beds from there - just for us to appreciate the stay, no matter that they restricted their capacity and income this way. Remarkable location within the city centre, all of the beauties of San Sebastian in touch.

The fact that it&'s in the old part of San Sebastian and it&'s extremely near to the beach.

Very clean and quiet. A small place, but great in case you wish to get a great sleep. Great pressure in the showers and always had access to washing machines. Close to the significant beach. there&'s a lift to get upstairs so it&'s easy to get your gear into your room. San Sebastian is beautiful, I can&'t wait to go back!
